FOR CYPRUS
WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING FREE STANDARD DELIVERY FOR ALL CY ORDERS!
We ship our products within Cyprus FREE OF CHARGE via ACS courier to all cities within 1-2 working days from the day we dispach your order.
For weekday orders made prior to 15:00 p.m the order is dispatched within the same day, otherwise it is dispatched in the next working day.
We offer two methods for your orders delivered to you:

A fee of 8.00€ of door to door delivery - Free of charge for orders over 100€
FOR GREECE
We ship our products abroad with Γενική Ταχυδρομική courier.

For shipping in Greece: € 15
REST OF THE WORLD
We ship worldwide through mail post. The cost of the parcel is € 30

Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Some delays may occur and this is not possible to be controlled by us. In case of delay please contact the courier and provide them with your tracking number.

Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you’ll love every Bünda purchase you make from our website, but in case you wish to return the purchased products to us, you must return them within 14 days from the day your order has arrived .
All expenses for the return and the replacement of the item are paid by the customer.
Regarding our return address, please contact us .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can always contact us for any return question at our Instagram account, email or at our contact telephone.
We do not accept returns in clearance items.
You can change your item with another or with a 1 month voucher within 14 days from the day of the purchase otherwise we can make you a refund of the price of the item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned(such as personalized items or earrings for health and hygiene reasons).Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you have sent it.
